Project Overview The Mechanical Engineer will be part of the project team delivering a medium-sized hydropower development, supporting the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of mechanical systems associated with power generation and water conveyance infrastructure. Position Summary The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design review, specification, coordination, and supervision of mechanical equipment for the hydropower project. This includes turbines, gates, valves, penstocks, auxiliary systems, and balance-of-plant equipment. The role requires close coordination with civil, electrical, and environmental teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
