Our client is seeking a highly experienced Tunnel Manager to join a major tunnelling project in Vancouver. This is a senior-level role, suited for a proven leader in underground construction with extensive experience in tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations.

• Oversee all aspects of tunnel construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality targets are met

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily tunnel operations

• Coordinate closely with project engineers, designers, and stakeholders

• Monitor TBM performance and adjust operations as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years' experience in tunnelling or underground construction projects

• Proven leadership experience in a Tunnel Manager or similar senior role

• Extensive TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) experience is essential

• Strong knowledge of tunnelling methods, ground conditions, and safety protocols

• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
