Senior Geotechnical Engineer

I'm looking to recruit an Italian speaking Senior Geotechnical Engineer for a leading International Enginering Consultancy. 

The succesfull candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in geotechnical design, preferably within engineering consultancies and on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals (technical-economic bids).
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in the design and geotechnical/structural analysis of tunnels, slopes, foundations, retaining and containment structures, dams, and other underground works.
Solid understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, numerical modelling, and engineering best practices.
Proficient in industry-standard geotechnical software, including Rocscience and PLAXIS and/or FLAC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, organized, and results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Able to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality technical outcomes.
