Resident Engineer – RCC Dam (Night Shift) ASIA /

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all night shift construction activities related to RCC dam works
• Ensure strict compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Oversee placement, compaction, curing, and quality control of RCC works
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, QA/QC teams, and laboratory staff
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering construction
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in RCC dam projects
• Proven experience in supervision of RCC dam construction works
• Strong understanding of RCC technology, dam safety standards, and construction methodologies
• Experience working in high-responsibility site leadership roles, preferably Resident Engineer or equivalent
